Today, 23 March, 2025 RASA RP Ngoma College held a Thanksgiving
Event to glorify God. The gathering was marked by worship, praise and a
powerful message delivered by Preacher Kalisa Fred. During the event Kalisa
Fred shared a message from Psalm 150, which emphasizes the importance of
praising God in all circumstances. The scripture encourages everyone to praise
the Lord with music, instruments and joyful hearts, acknowledging His greatness
and mighty works. Key Message from Psalm 150
"Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary praise
Him in His mighty heavens! Praise Him for His mighty acts praise Him according
to His excellent greatness! Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet praise Him
with the harp and lyre! Praise Him with tambourine and dancing praise Him with
strings and pipe! Praise Him with loud cymbals praise Him with resounding
cymbals! Let everything that has breathe praise the Lord! Praise the
Lord!" (Psalm 150:1-6)
This scripture reminds us that praising God should be a way
of life not just in good times but also in challenges. We are called to worship
Him with everything we have our voices, instruments and actions. It is through
thanksgiving and praise that we acknowledge His presence and power in our
lives.
The event was a great moment of spiritual upliftment and
unity as students gathered to glorify
God together. Indeed, in all situations we must give thanks and praise His
name!
